Coaching the Committed

My coaching practice is for any man looking to expand erotic potential, no matter your relationship status - single, dating, married, polyamorous, or any other configuration.

For those of you who are partnered, seeking out intimacy coaching does not mean your relationship is in trouble or that you’re dissatisfied. It's an opportunity for you to expand your self-knowledge and learn new skills - then bring your learning home to those you love, so your connection can deepen.

But maybe your relationship IS stuck and needs some troubleshooting. Perhaps there’s a backlog of pain and resentment. Maybe it’s hard to know how you feel or express those feelings in words.

Stepping outside the relationship container to practice with a coach can help untangle dynamics that have kept you distant or otherwise reactive. I’ve witnessed many men struggle to bring forward the truths their partners crave to feel and hear.

Learning new skills, untangling hidden emotions, and practicing honest (potentially difficult) conversations with someone who has less skin in the game can begin to create repair. In my office, you can mess up, try out more expansive ways of interacting, and build the confidence needed to express yourself fully.

In truth, the work we do together is as much for your lover as it is for you.

To create boundaries and respect partners, I make it clear from the outset that coaching sessions are confidential and that any information shared during the session will be kept private. Additionally, I always encourage my clients to communicate openly and honestly with their partners about their desire to seek out coaching. Coaching is not a replacement for real-life intimacy or connection with your partner, but rather a supplement to it.

Finally, I always strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their desires and work on their intimacy skills. This means respecting individual boundaries and preferences. Our practice together is always an invitation, never a demand.

Ultimately, intimacy coaching is about helping you become more confident, connected, and satisfied in your relationships - for the well-being of everyone involved.
